Get a full IR35 assessment.
A contract check looks at the paperwork. A full assessment also looks at how the work is actually carried out, with your end hirer taking part, and ends with a signed statement of the outcome.
How it works
- Sign in with your email. We email you a 6-digit code. No password needed.
- Tell us who your end hirer is and pay £85 + VAT (£102.00) online.
- Answer the questions about how you actually work, and upload your contract and the job description.
- We invite your end hirer to answer their questions. They are not asked to pay.
- The answers are assessed together. If the result is borderline, an Ascend reviewer looks at it, usually within 3 working days.
- Your end hirer signs the determination and you both receive the signed statement by email.
We email you at each step, so you can sign out and come back at any time.
Are you the end hirer?
You can start the assessment yourself. Sign in, choose I'm the hirer, pay, and we invite your contractor to complete their part. Your contractor is never asked to pay.
